Assistant Wholesale Manager

The Assistant Wholesale Manager will support fyb’s wholesale operations, account management, and sales growth. Focused on relationship-building and execution, you’ll work closely with our Founder and VP of Sales to nurture current accounts and drive new opportunities.

The Role:

• Assist in managing day-to-day communication with boutique + major retail partners

• Attend in-market trade shows (including booth set up and break down) as well as monthly travel for store appointments and prospecting

• Help identify and prospect new wholesale accounts that align with the fyb brand 

• Support assortment planning, order entry, reorders, and PO tracking

• Help organize in-store events, training, and outreach when needed

• Work with our production team to ensure accurate inventory allocation and on-time shipments

• Support wholesale calendar planning (market, launches, holidays)

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication + customer service orientation
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Shopify, Faire, and wholesale CRMs a plus 
• Excited about travel and pitching the brand to new audiences 
• A love for fast-paced environments, problem solving, and wearing mulitple hats
• A passion for jewelry, storytelling, and joining the growth of a female-founded brand

Social Media & PR Intern

We are looking for a creative and ambitious intern to support social media content, influencer outreach, and public relations efforts. If you're passionate about storytelling, content creation, and relationship building, this role is for you!

The Role:

Social Media

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest

• Brainstorm creative content ideas: behind the scenes, founder life, styling tips, new product launches, UGC reposts

• Help with photo/video shoots including styling, shooting, and editing short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)

• Monitor social media trends, audio, and competitor content to keep fyb’s platforms fresh and relevant

• Support community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and assist with customer-facing brand tone

PR & Influencer Outreach

• Research and identity influencers, editors, stylists, and brand collaborators aligned with fyb’s aesthetic

• Assist in gifting campaigns, tracking influencer posts and deliverables

• Organize press contacts, track media placements, and update PR databases

• Assist in planning local events, pop ups, or brand activations as needed 

Ideal Candidate

• Strong visual eye—love for photography, TikTok trends, aesthetics, and branding

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools a plus

• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in an entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program 

• Ability to obtain college credit 

• Available to work at our Brooklyn office 2-3 days a week
