f.y.b jewelry is handmade to order and shipped via USPS within 1-5 days of payment. Our shipping fee is $5 flat rate for all orders under $75, orders $75+ ship for free. Need it faster? Email email@example.com with your order number.
Our necklaces and earrings come packaged in our signature lilac box and our bracelets come packaged in our cloth pouches. Every order ships with a FREE sticker pack! You can add gift wrapping to your order here. If you are shipping your order as a gift, can also request a note for us to include as well (ex: Happy Birthday Jen! Love, Laura).

Product Care + Repairs
To keep your jewelry at its best, do not expose to lotions or perfumes, and remove before showering or swimming. Jewelry is best stored inside our complimentary pouch and box packaging or ziploc bags inside your jewelry box.
We will be happy to repair any item purchased through www.fybjewelry.com that has broken as a result of regular wear within 6 months of purchasing. For any fix-it's purchased over 6 months ago, there will be a 50% charge.
Please email your name, phone number, order ID number, and a description of the problem to email@example.com. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. We may not be able to repair older styles due to unavailable components.
For items purchased through retail boutiques, please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased it from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order ID number within fourteen days of receiving your item and you will be emailed back with further instructions to process the return. The item must be sent back in it’s original packaging. When the item is received, your credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
