Shipping + Packaging

Orders ship via USPS within 1-7 days. Need it faster? Our team can ship as quickly as the same day and we also offer free in store pickup in Brooklyn – please email hello@fybjewelry.com after you place your order if you need anything expedited. 

Our pieces come packaged in our signature lavender pouches. If you are shipping your order as a gift,  can also request a complimentary note for us to include as well (ex: Happy Birthday Jen! Love, Laura).

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email hello@fybjewelry.com with your name and order ID number within 30 days of receiving your item and you will be emailed back with further instructions to process the return or repair. The item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging. When the item is received our team will be in touch regarding repair or return. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Our standard international shipping fee is $20. We can ship to the vast majority of Countries via USPS International Mail. If your address is able to be entered during checkout, we are able to ship to you. We do not cover international return shipping fees. For international returns, please email hello@fybjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving it.
