Free Returns & Exchanges within 30 days 

We care deeply about our customers and want your shopping experience to feel easy and stress free. Please fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll send you return instructions.

Once we receive and process your return, an email detailing your refund will be sent immediately. Refunds take 1-10 business days to show up on your credit card account. 

Repairs 

Repairs within 30 days of receiving your order will be repaired, replaced or fully refunded (if out of stock). 

Repairs beyond 30 days of receiving your order: we’re happy to offer repairs on pieces purchased from us whenever possible, as long as the repair can be completed in-house. Unfortunately, not all repairs can be completed in-house but we always do our best to accommodate. There’s no time restriction, just reach out via the form below and we’ll guide you through next steps.
