Shipping + Packaging
Orders ship via USPS within 1-7 days. Need it faster? Our team can ship as quickly as the same day and we also offer free in store pickup in Brooklyn – please email hello@fybjewelry.com after you place your order if you need anything expedited.
Our pieces come packaged in our signature pouches. You can add our luxe gift box packaging to your order for an additional $5. If you are shipping your order as a gift, can also request a note for us to include as well (ex: Happy Birthday Jen! Love, Laura).
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email hello@fybjewelry.com with your name and order ID number within 14 days of receiving your item and you will be emailed back with further instructions to process the return or repair. The item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging. When the item is received our team will be in touch regarding repair or return. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Our standard international shipping fee is $20. We can ship to the vast majority of Countries via USPS International Mail. If your address is able to be entered during checkout, we are able to ship to you. We do not cover international return shipping fees. For international returns, please email hello@fybjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving it.

ABOUT US
MEET ALYSSA
OUR FOUNDER
I founded fyb jewelry in 2011 during my senior year at the University of Delaware, hosting my first trunk shows with my sorority sisters. What began as a creative outlet quickly took on a life of its own. After graduating, I moved to New York City, turned my tiny East Village apartment into our first HQ, and hand-crafted every piece, often with my mom by my side. Those early days were scrappy, meaningful, and full of heart.
Our name stands for "follow your bliss", a mantra that’s shaped everything we do. From launching our college ambassador program centered on mentorship, to publishing a book that shares the stories of 60 resilient, trailblazing women, our purpose has always extended beyond jewelry.
CELEBRATING

Today, fyb is designed in Brooklyn and packaged with the utmost care in our showroom, where I run the brand with my husband, Sam, our female-led team, and our goldendoodle, Pearl. This past year, we welcomed our son, Rory, adding even more joy to the mix.
Our pieces are meant to be layered, lived in, and loved; made to celebrate you everyday, your style, and the moments that matter most.
