Hi there!
I'm Alyssa the founder of fyb jewelry. I live in Brooklyn with my husband Sam, our son Rory, and our golden-doodle Pearl.
I started fyb jewelry 14 years ago as a senior in college, and today run the business with Sam and our small but mighty female-led team in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Our mission as a brand has always been about more than just creating beautiful pieces - but building a positive community and inspiring others to follow their bliss. To think more optimistically about their own goals and dare to dream big.
Success comes in all different shapes and sizes, and it's so important to pursue the things - big and small - that fill your cup. Following your bliss means to trust what feels right, to listen inward, and to choose yourself.

Where I'm finding inspiration...
- The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron - I just started doing my morning pages and it's been such a cathartic way to start my day
- Olivia Dean! I'm in love with her music, style, and aura - she's the ultimate fyb muse to me
- My mom's 80s fashion - I've been going through lots of old photos of her and she was truly a fashion icon! Think lots of prints, silk dresses, tailored pants, and cool jackets - I've realized my personal style is really similar to what she loved at my age
What's in store for fyb this year...
We have a lot in the works that I'm super excited about! Expect bolder collections and pops of color, and a more personal direction with our brand as a whole. We're relaunching our newsletter in a fresh way later this month, so make sure you're on our email list!
